Success Academy

Marketing a School Before It's Built

Success Academy is the largest and most successful charter school system in New York, serving 22,000 K-12 students.

Next year, Success will open it’s first K-12 school—its most ambitious project yet. Opening with full enrollment is critical for enterprise business goals. But parents cannot tour this new school or talk to current parents since it’s still under constuction.

The Challenge

Drove 5,000 marketing qualified leads in a six-month period, setting school up for year one enrollment success.
